Tammy Gore, Real Estate Broker, is best described as a natural for the real estate industry. Her knowledge and training through the years has made her the go to person for information, marketing, contract negotiations, the finance arena and as a known sales leader who works for her clients and customers.

She began her career in the industry over 30 years ago when helping her uncle restore historic homes in East Nashville, Five Points, Edgefield and Lockland Springs neighborhoods in Nashville Tennessee. This learning experience opened a whole new idea to become a professional in the housing industry. Shortly after the restoration projects she went to work as a leasing agent, bookkeeper, satellite trainer and then an assistant property manager for a 322 unit apartment community in Antioch, Tennessee and continued this for several years.

In 1988, she was invited by a local real estate office in Hendersonville Tennessee to manage and sell properties so she received her real estate license and became a REALTOR. Several years later she was approached by large franchise real estate office in Hendersonville Tennessee where she was awarded with many company achievements and local association awards for high sales volume. In the 90’s after her beautiful daughter was born she decided to work for a local firm, in Gallatin Tennessee where she again was awarded with gold and silver awards of excellence through the local association.

Tammy was approached in 20’s by a high volume sales agent in the area to assist in the daily aspects of the industry which gave her even more knowledge of contractual language, volume market exposure techniques along with relocation, REO, short sale experience and then became the managing Broker for the franchise.

In the late 20’s she was offered by another local real estate Broker she has

known for years, he asked her if she would like work for him and sell some houses and she said “Sure, let’s do it!” Lake Real Estate is centrally located near all the location areas of her vast sales knowledge.
